Kinetic Edge Health is a physician-led telehealth practice providing performance medicine, metabolic and hormonal health, and longevity-focused care to patients located in the states where our physicians are licensed (currently Ohio, Nebraska, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, and Illinois). This Privacy Policy, together with our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices below, describes how we handle the personal information and protected health information (PHI) we receive when you use our website or become a patient.
For purposes of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Kinetic Edge Health acts as a covered health care provider. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your health information and are required by law to maintain its confidentiality, to provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect.
This policy applies to information collected through kineticedgehealth.com, through our intake and assessment forms, during telehealth consultations, and in the course of providing care. It does not apply to third-party websites we may link to, which maintain their own privacy practices.
