Refund Policy

Overview

Kinetic Edge Health provides physician services, laboratory testing, and, where clinically appropriate, prescription medications. Because these are professional medical services and personalized products, different rules apply to different parts of your membership. This policy explains what is and is not refundable. It is intended to be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Membership and physician services

Membership fees cover physician time, clinical intake review, protocol design, and ongoing oversight.

• If you cancel before your physician has begun reviewing your intake and labs, you may request a full refund of your membership fee.
• Once a physician has reviewed your information, conducted your strategy consultation, or designed your protocol, the corresponding services have been rendered and those fees are generally non-refundable.
• Membership renewals are billed at the start of each term. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund a term already in progress.

Laboratory testing

Charges for laboratory panels are non-refundable once a requisition has been issued or specimens have been collected, because those costs are incurred with our laboratory partner. If a panel has been ordered but not yet processed, contact us and we will determine whether any portion can be refunded.

Medications, including compounded medications

If there is an error in your order, your medication arrives damaged, or there is a quality concern, contact us promptly and we will work with the pharmacy to resolve it, which may include a replacement where appropriate.

Strategy sessions and add-on consultations

Individual consultations are refundable if you cancel with reasonable advance notice before the scheduled appointment. Sessions that have taken place, or missed appointments without notice, are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@kineticedgehealth.com with your name and the service or order in question. We review every request individually and will respond promptly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
